About Us

Hutton Parker was established in St Clements in the early 1980's as a property agent dealing with Sales and Lettings. We recognised a gap in the market in Oxford for a local independent agent providing personalised services to Landlords, Homeowners and prospective Tenants.

It quickly became apparent that the letting side of the business was expanding rapidly and in 1995 we decided to focus all our attention on providing an outstanding service to our fast-growing list of residential property Landlords.

In 2002 we felt it was time to expand our reach and we purchased the highly regarded West Oxfordshire lettings specialist Hobbs Management Services, now run from our offices in St Clements, Oxford. Hobbs Management was founded by the well regarded Hobbs family in Woodstock, the business then passed to the daughter, Claire Hobbs who continued to uphold the excellent services enjoyed by local Landlords. Claire tragically passed away in 2002 and the business was sold. We strive to provide the same levels of service introduced by the Hobbs family and have decided to continue with the Hobbs name.

We currently manage in excess of 800 properties in Oxford and the surrounding 20 mile radius and handle Landlords with property portfolios ranging from one house to one hundred .

Our success has come from keeping it in the family. Although the founders have now retired, the current Managing Director and two Managers in the business are members of the original owner family. We are also proud of our low staff attrition rate, our current team has not changed in over four years. The result is that we really care and that is why our clients continue to entrust us with their property.
